이 약관은 테니스 대진표 생성기(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 관한 기본적인 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스 내용)
본 서비스는 테니스 복식 경기의 대진표를 자동으로 생성하는 무료 웹 도구입니다. 주요 기능은 다음과 같습니다:
- 참여자 등록 및 관리
- 공정한 알고리즘 기반 대진표 자동 생성
- 남복(MD), 여복(WD), 혼복(XD) 매치 지원
- 대진표 이미지 저장 및 공유
- 다국어 지원 (한국어, 영어, 스페인어, 프랑스어, 일본어)
제3조 (이용 조건)
- 본 서비스는 별도의 회원가입 없이 누구나 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 서비스 이용 시 최소 4명의 참여자 정보가 필요합니다.
- 서비스는 현대적인 웹 브라우저(Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge 등)에서 이용할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (데이터 처리)
- 사용자가 입력한 데이터(이름, 성별 등)는 브라우저의 localStorage에만 저장되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 데이터 삭제는 서비스 내 "전체 삭제" 버튼 또는 브라우저 설정을 통해 가능합니다.
- 쿠키 및 분석 도구에 관한 사항은 개인정보 처리방침을 참조하세요.
제5조 (지적재산권)
본 서비스의 디자인, 소스코드, 알고리즘 등 모든 지적재산은 서비스 운영자에게 귀속됩니다. 사용자는 서비스를 통해 생성된 대진표를 자유롭게 사용할 수 있습니다.
제6조 (면책 사항)
- 본 서비스는 "있는 그대로(AS-IS)" 제공되며, 대진표 결과의 정확성이나 공정성에 대해 법적 보증을 하지 않습니다.
- 서비스 이용으로 인해 발생하는 직·간접적 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 네트워크 장애, 브라우저 호환성 등 기술적 문제로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제7조 (금지 행위)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다:
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 자동화 도구를 이용한 과도한 트래픽 발생

제8조 (광고)
본 서비스는 Google AdSense를 통해 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다. 광고 내용에 대한 책임은 해당 광고주에게 있습니다.

The Service is a free web tool that automatically generates tennis doubles match schedules. Key features include:

Article 3 (Terms of Use)
- The Service is free to use without registration.
- A minimum of 4 participants is required.

Article 4 (Data Processing)
- User-entered data (names, gender, etc.) is stored only in the browser's localStorage and is not transmitted to external servers.
- Data can be deleted using the "Clear All" button or through browser settings.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

- Generate excessive traffic using automated tools

Artículo 4 (Procesamiento de Datos)
- Los datos ingresados (nombres, género, etc.) se almacenan solo en el localStorage del navegador y no se transmiten a servidores externos.
- Los datos pueden eliminarse usando el botón "Borrar Todo" o desde la configuración del navegador.

- Génération automatique de tableaux basée sur un algorithme équitable
- Support des Doubles Hommes (MD), Doubles Femmes (WD) et Doubles Mixtes (XD)

Article 3 (Conditions d'Utilisation)
- Le Service est gratuit et ne nécessite pas d'inscription.
- Un minimum de 4 participants est requis.

Article 4 (Traitement des Données)
- Les données saisies (noms, genre, etc.) sont stockées uniquement dans le localStorage du navigateur et ne sont pas transmises à des serveurs externes.
- Les données peuvent être supprimées via le bouton « Tout Effacer » ou les paramètres du navigateur.

Article 5 (Propriété Intellectuelle)

第3条（利用条件）
- 本サービスは会員登録なしで無料で利用できます。
- 最低4名の参加者情報が必要です。
- 本サービスは最新のウェブブラウザ（Chrome、Safari、Firefox、Edgeなど）で利用できます。
第4条（データ処理）
- ユーザーが入力したデータ（名前、性別など）はブラウザのlocalStorageにのみ保存され、外部サーバーには送信されません。
- データは「全削除」ボタンまたはブラウザの設定から削除できます。

第5条（知的財産権）
本サービスのデザイン、ソースコード、アルゴリズムなどすべての知的財産はサービス運営者に帰属します。ユーザーは本サービスで生成された対戦表を自由に使用できます。
第6条（免責事項）
- 本サービスは「現状のまま（AS-IS）」で提供され、生成された対戦表の正確性や公平性について法的保証をしません。
- サービス利用により生じた直接的・間接的損害について運営者は責任を負いません。
- ネットワーク障害、ブラウザ互換性などの技術的問題によるサービス中断について責任を負いません。
第7条（禁止行為）
ユーザーは以下の行為をしてはなりません：
- サービスの正常な運営を妨害する行為
- 自動化ツールによる過度なトラフィックの発生
- サービスを利用した違法な活動
第8条（広告）
本サービスはGoogle AdSenseを通じて広告を掲載する場合があります。広告内容の責任は各広告主にあります。
